Fears

Hypnosis works with the Fear of Snakes

Dear Dr. Anderson,

I would like to thank you for the help you have given me. It is sometimes hard to admit, especially to ourselves, that we need a little help, but when we do ask for help, the Universe usually answers in a big way.

The work you have done with me has helped me overcome misconceptions about myself and my abilities as a business person. Fear of phoning, a reluctance to make follow up phone calls and reminder calls to clients, and insecurities about being able to be an independent business person were some of the issues I had to deal with. Your support has made me feel more in control and more confident in business. Now, instead of feeling like a pest when I make follow-up calls, I feel like people are waiting to hear from me and appreciate my taking the time to call them. I am more confident of the fact that the products and services I offer to my clients are of great benefit to their health and well being.

A session of "working" with you is more like a friendly conversation but the result for me has been less stress and fear, greater productivity, and more enjoyment in doing business on a daily basis.

I look forward to our next session. You helped a mutual friend eliminate his habit of having to have sweets every day, and he says he doesn't miss them or feel deprived. A bite of his wife's dessert when they eat out with friends is all he needs. Think of the calories he's eliminating! My next session with you will also have a health theme. I look forward to the time when sweets will no longer be a challenge for me and I willingly do my stretches and Yoga every day!

Sincerely,
Marie Dahle, CMT

To Dr. Wes Anderson:

I am the girl who you hypnotized at the National Youth Leadership Forum ATL (6/15 - 6/24) and I was the one who used to be afraid of feet. I just wanted to write you and tell you thank you so much. It's nice not being tormented by my family or being scared anymore. Thanks to you I have decided to become a psychohypnotherapist- a psychologist who uses hypnotherapy as a healing process. It was really hard after me being hypnotized. People thought I was faking, but 1) I wouldn't fake anything like that and 2) it's hard to cry that easily for me (although, I don't know why I was crying). But I really wanted you to write about what happened right after I was hypnotized. During the hypnotism, when I was standing, you told me: "don't move your hand to your face until your not scared anymore.

(second email) thank you. i never actually finished what i was saying- my computer was being funny. but when you said don't move your hand to your face until you're not scared anymore i was like ok but when i was walking back to the DUC and i raised my right hand to brush hair out my face i found that i couldn't and the thought "you cant put your hand there b/c you're still scared" just popped into my head. a few minutes later while i was in the building i tried to brush my hair out again and i still couldnt and you know everybody was still thinking it was a joke (i had been in the hypnotist's show the other day and told everyone i was just acting...) so two girls tested me to see if i was and i was perfectly fine...i turned back to the computer and raised my hand to brush the hair out my face and I COULD!!! finally... but i just wanted to tell you that so thank you sooooooo much...and where can i take a hypnotism course??? well contact me whenever and again thank you
